Completed orders are usually dispatched the same day using Royal Mail 1st Class post

LOST PARCELS - On rare occasions Royal Mail have been known to lose track of a parcel. If you haven't received your order after 15 working days then it is likely that your order has gone astray.  If this situation does arise Enchanted Handmade Jewellery will make a compensation claim with Royal Mail and you, the customer will be fully reimbursed.
