RETURNING GOODS - Please read carefully.
All returns must be pre-arranged. If you would like to return a product then please contact Nicky for a returns code before returning your item/s.
For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns/refunds on Earrings
No returns/refunds will be accepted for faulty items if the simple care steps included have not been followed
Items must be returned unused and in all original packaging
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt
IMPORTANT - Goods must be returned via recorded mail
Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs
